On Vinny's class warefare, allow me to quote Jack Kemp: "The Bush tax-rate reductions aren't about putting money into anyone's pockets, certainly not the pockets of the rich. The tax-rate reductions and the tax reforms the president has gotten enacted into law are all about creating incentives to work, save, invest and take entrepreneurial risks. It's impossible to help the poor by punishing the rich because the poor need access to capital, which the rich own, and the productivity-enhancing machinery and software it produces. Injure capital and you incapacitate labor. Stifle capital formation and you smother job creation." "Taxing capital, raising tax rates on individuals earning more than $200,000 and punishing American firms doing business abroad, all of which Kerry proposes, won't take money out of the pockets of rich people; it will destroy the jobs of working people. " The economy is a dynamic, deep-feedback-type system. The oversimplified Keynesian approach of the Democrats (and yes, even people like Nixon), belongs in the dustbin of history. I have links to source for the Kemp quotes, plus more on economics and other subjects at: www.individ.uswww.individ.us/2004/10/kerry-bush-economics-101.htmlIndivid

It's like bush has the family credit card and runs it up to the max. Then tells the richest member of the household they don't have to pay as much as they used to (tax cuts to the wealthy) Well, in 30 days the bill comes due. Rich fellow not paying as much. Poor fellow has no money. Well DUH! Guess who pays, the middle class fellow! Can it BE any simpler? Another way to look at it . . . Average household income DOWN $1500 since bush took office. Can it BE any simpler??? DUH!

Poor fellow has no money. Well DUH! Guess who pays, the middle class fellow! Can it BE any simpler? DUH! It would be really nice if you got your facts straight before you made comments like that! Show the statistics and such. FYI: The top 5% of wage earners in the USA paid 53% of all income taxes. The top 10% paid 64.89%. The top 25% pay 82.9% The top 50% paid 96.03%. The bottom 50%, they paid a measley 3.97%. The top 1% is paying more than ten times the federal income taxes than the bottom 50%. Earnings: The top 5% earns 31.99%. The top 10% earns 43.11%. The top 25% earns 65.23%. The top 50% earns 86.19% of all the income. Don't argue with a Rush Limbaugh fan. He doesn't make these figures up, and neither did I! The only reason taxes hurt poor people is because poor people are poor! This country taxes those of us who have managed to climb above the poor category. Hopefully, this will change, because it sort of puts a penalty on success. You make something of yourself, then you get taxed for it. You improve your house, you get taxed for it. You add a pool, you get taxed for it. You build a garage, you get taxed for it. So don't tell me the poor people pay more taxes in this country than anyone else because it won't fly. And there aren't more poor people in this country than anyone else either. Not any more. But I'll save that argument for another day. I hate typing statistics. It's boring. It's so boring you probably didn't bother to read it. My guess is, you don't read more than you have to.

Hey, thanks for all the love, everybody. Gonna try to forgive and forget . . . I just realized . . . what with Bush's policies that help speed up global warming, that when the glaciers melt, do you know which areas will be flooded first?? That's right, Florida and Texas. It's not ALL bad, ha, ha! BTW, check out www.sorryeverybody.comand sorryworld4bush.comHappy Thanksgiving all!

World peace IS important! Kiss, kiss. I love you too! I am so filled with love and gratitude! Thanks to all of you. You see, I was once filled with hatred, and then I realized it only only hurts the one who hates.
But now I have that warm glow of contentment and generosity flowing from a peace-filled heart.
Thanks for all the smiley faces too.
Wasn't it the Beatles who sang:
"All ya need is Love! Bump-pa-da-da-doo!"
