Just like Edward Gibbons wrote in the "Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire" (if you haven't read it try to read something else besides the Bible) Chrsitians will be the reason the US heads toward a downward slide. Right wing Christians who can only think of issues in one dimension (abortion, abortion, gays, gays) are being used by wealthy, right wing Republicans. Don't be surprised when your benefits get cut or over-taxed and underpaid.
If all of you nutcases like Bush so much why not volunteer for Iraq???

Hmm just like your ACLU, huh? Dont be angry when your children are molested by the sex offender that was allowed to move into your neighborhood anonamously because of those hippie extremists.
If you're so critical of the war, why don't you volunteer and change things?

Sour grapes won't help this country. The dems picked a lame duck candidate who couldn't get through to the eloctorate. Kerry failed to show us who he is. He flip flopped on everything.
Too bad the the dems have to put up with another 4 years.
By the way ABB isn't a good campaign strategy. they better think of something better next time or we may have another 4 years of wonderful Republican rule.
Hooray for the President!

Thanks for you post, Four, I hear too of a group called "Dominionists" - not sure what they stand for, but I heard they don't worry about the war or the environment because Jesus is coming soon, so we can pollute all we want, and He will save us! Good strategy, aye!?? Look at the election breakdowns: The more educated you are, the more likely to vote for Kerry. Dumb hillbillies and skinheads and Christians duped into thinking war is what God wants for us where people who voted for Bush. Oh well, he made his bed, he'll have to sleep in it. Now he has to face the jobless economy, MASSIVE debt, massive deficit spending, no tax revenues, a coming crash in Social Security, and an endless, unwinable war in Iraq. Today they report Army and National Guard troops WITNESSED the looting of the Al Qaqaa munitions site: they called HQ. NO REPLY!!!! Dumb choices, dumb strategy, dumb Commander in Chief. Glad I retire soon. I will be living off the checks of the working class, and when they retire, they will get a pinks slip "Sorry, we spent it on the war."

The left is not going to win any hearts and minds by claiming that they are more intelligent and bashing the biggest religion in the country. It seems very apparent to me that you folks aren't nearly as smart as you think you are. Doh! Being an elitist from Our Lady of Loose Doctrine didn't work for your guy. The American people could see that he was just an empty suit and a smug, elitist $&!%bag because of the same kind of pompous sentiments on this thread.
Keep talking, please! ;D

Amazing! Christians are going to destroy this country? You guys better re-evaluate where to place the blame when it comes to this countries problems. No moral absolutes for starters. Something your party is becoming very well known for, and look where it is getting you!
Yes, please keep talking!

Dumb hillbilly here. Me votid fur Bush, and me steel kaint figger owt jist how n hell me grajuwatid wit me a dugrie in struktural injuneerin. It be da dangist thang.
Jobless economy? The unemployment rate right now is the same as it was when Clinton left office, 5.4%.
Also, why do Democrats like to talk about the woes of the "working class"? I'll tell ya. They use that term to try to suggest that rich people don't work and that they've made their money off the the people who do. Total class warfare garbage. I work, the guy who takes my garbage out works, Donald Trump and Bill Gates work. By definition, we are all in the working class.
If you are unhappy with the wage your work pays you, improve your skills. Improve yourself, the system is just fine, and its not the system that's holding you back. I'll guarandangtee you that if you look at the bottom income earners in this country you'll find that they have made consistent repeatedly poor decisions that have led them to their current circumstances. Bush didn't invent poverty. Poor people will point the finger at everyone except themselves, and sadly we have politicians who pander to that. Our economic system has facilitated more technological, intellectual, and inventive achievement than any in the history of the world because it creates an environment where the individual will be economically rewarded for HIS OWN hard work.
AND, if you think all rich people are greedy, maybe you're right. But they chose to satisfy their greed through their own work. However, is it not greedy to demand that the evil rich people in this country give you a portion of the money they make?

Is this a joke? Everyone knows that the democratic party has built it's base on laziness and stupidity. That's why they pander to people on welfare who don't want to work and get the most votes in urban areas where the people are educated more poorly than anywhere else in the country. Give me a break.
