If you concede life begins at conception, than all right's the mother may declare are void. The reason is the Right to Life is a fundelmental right, therefore the state can step in to protect it, trumping a right to privacy. As the viability of the fetus continues to be pushed back, eventually this will become the stance of the court. IMO... politicalchatter.today.com/ |
