Seems that a Brazilian legislator has decided that some children may get depressed when they find out they have the same name as someone's pet! Federal congressman Reinaldo Santos came to this brilliant conclusion because of a suggestion made by some psychologists. His spokeswoman, a Ms. Alves, said that the congressman "wants to challenge people's assumptions that if such a law is passed, Brazilians violating it would "be subject to fines or community service."
