I agree Groucho. If you remember, during the primaries the Democratic candidates did nothing more than try to out-hate Bush. It was sad really.
Even when during the rest of the election there was no discussion of plans or policies. When asked on his how he would be different from Bush in Iraq his answers could best be paraphrased with "Just like Bush, but nicer".
Sorry guys you cant run a campaign with no real policies with only "If you dont like Bush, vote for me!" as your slogan.

Why? Because Michael Moore / Move On's 19-month HATE BUSH campaign failed??( Nope - because I have yet to see a single good thing that Bush has accomplished during the last four years, despite the list of bad things getting longer and longer. Truthfully, I don't think much of Kerry either; I think they're both quite terrible candidates, and it's a shame that they were the only two people with a chance of becoming president. However, I'm willing to trust that Kerry won't destroy the world as much as Bush attempts to, as it would take a lot of hard work to beat Bush at that. I would rather vote for Kerry just to get Bush out - for the safety and security of not just America, but the entire world.

I'd like to see how Bush does in solving this mess. The war has become like Viet Nam - unwinable quagmire.
I want to see how he solves the economic woes - a jobless recovery, jobs going overseas, MASSIVE debt with less taxes to pay for it, massive deficit spending, Social Security on the verge of bankruptcy just as the Baby Boomer generation is about to retire. Soon, at the current rate, most of our taxes will go to paying just the INTEREST on the loans Bush has taken out. Well, wonder if he will just slash all government benefits, or fall back on a new tax for the middle class. Something's gotta give. All our money is going to fight a sensless war in Iraq. OK, when we retire, we can live in a tent. Not to worry - Jesus will save us. (Thanks, KKKarl Rove!)

Dear Groucho I consider my self a rightwinger I can only speak for my self but many may agree. The bottom line is WE WERE ATTACKED! In your little liberal world your probably having a problem accepting this as reality> Most Americans are becoming tired of the left, In another time you all were funny but, not today If the left had their way the UN would be right in the middle of our business. It's to bad that you have been brain washed in the liberal left schools that you attended. You can not debate with facts just feelings which probably comes from your teachers who probably never had a real job or was exposed to the real evil in this world! The video taped beheadings should give you some clue as to what is going on! If you want to lay down while some one attacks you thats your choice but don't demand that the rest of us do the same! Who are you talking to, cupolaa? Find ONE, just ONE of my posts that is in ANY WAY left leaning. Sure you don't have me confused with somebody else?
