No doubt in my mind... Cheney showed the boy how to debate.

He sure did. Edwards looked wet behind the ears. He looked like just another pretty face. Girly man + girly hands =

Firstly Cheney did not 'kick butt' as you have so subtley pointed out, in fact he came across as the less articulated of the two. And Edwards may be a pretty face, but his standing on the war, and how action should have been taken in Iraq, will hit the right note with most Americans.Right or wrong, Kerry and Edwards are in a much stronger position now than they were last week. Aided mostly by the fact that George Bush came across as a dithering-inarticulate yokel. Despite the fact that I belive America would be better run by a strong Republican government at this time, they (Bush, cheney and co.) will eventually be made to suffer, because despite what the American people want, this current administration has its own pre-determined agenda.

You must have watched a different debate than the rest of us. Even the left is at least calling it a draw. Edwards was disorganized and reduced to repeating campaign slogans. Cheney thumped Edwards in every aspect of the debate. And bringing out the Haliburton fairy tales did nothing but make Edwards look like the phony, fact-impoverished mouthpiece that he is. "Less articulated" ? Right. Cheney was razor-sharp as usual. He made quick work of Edwards, who didn't particularly have anything to say- articulate or not. And what would the agenda that you mentioned be? Stealing oil? More contracts for Haliburton? Getting a little worn out, wouldn't you say? Also, I think you'll learn what the American people don't want come November: They don't want ambiguity. They don't want an administration that will tow the appeasment line, and make all of our efforts at democracy and peace futile. They don't want an activist president in a time of war. They don't want an administration that proceeds (as promised) to cut national defense off at the knees by scratching weapons programs and intelligence budgets. I would ask you, Bradley, what is the Kerry/Edwards agenda, other than gaining control of the White House? What are their plans for America, other than protesting America's interests in safety and democracy?

"He was a prosecutor. He helped put people behind crime." LOL! The demorats/communists are so transparent. They would lie and cheat or do anything against their own country for the reacquisition of power. I have a pretty good idea what their agenda is. It is to act in ways that destroy national security and appoint liberal, activist judges to the bench. They don't trust the American people to vote on issues and decide for themselves. They need pompous ass liberal judges that think they know what's best for all of us.
