you can't be pro life and pro death penalty. that's like being a dog and a cat. If you're going to wave the flag of pro life support life at every turn, no war, no murder penalty. These are people who can live without the protection of the womb. unlike unborn fetuses. You can't support the near wholesale slaughter of people of another nation just because they are of another nation and you can't be the one who decides the endpoint of someones life. remember Christ , assuming he existed as is storied, died by the death penalty. he also detested war and nationality. put that in your tobacco water pipe and smoke it.

I'm Pro Life, and Pro Death Penalty. Ruff-Ruff, ....Meow. Your parameters are out of whack. Limited and manipulative. Life does begin at conception. There are things We choose to do or not do, that can forfeit our claim to it.

I believe in the Death Penalty for Horrendous Crimes, as an option, I believe in a limited Appeal process, and a Swift humanitarian end, one way or the other. Hammurabi's Code, The Source of the Term "An Eye For An Eye, a Tooth For A Tooth" Was pretty Severe by Our standards, yet in Babylonian times considered humane. If a man put out the eye of another man, his eye shall be put out. [ An eye for an eye ] If he break another man's bone, his bone shall be broken. If he put out the eye of a freed man, or break the bone of a freed man, he shall pay one gold mina. If he put out the eye of a man's slave, or break the bone of a man's slave, he shall pay one-half of its value. If a man knock out the teeth of his equal, his teeth shall be knocked out. [ A tooth for a tooth ] Check out Lines 196 Through 200, in the Link. www.constitution.org/ime/hammurabi.htmMoses being educated in Pharaoh's Household would have access to this, and be influenced by it..
