Unless YOU can provide some sort of credible evidence to this kind of crap, don't post it here! It belongs on democratic underground. I consider this just bomb throwing. I know what "cuts" mean in the demorat lexicon. It can merely be the difference between what the program received verses what they ASKED for.

My biggest beef with the administration is its demorat like tendency to spend like a drunken Kennedy on social programs. There is little CREDIBLE evidence that anything in the way of significant social programs have been cut. I can only wish!
