Please share with me what policy decision Bush has made to cause the outsourcing of jobs. Keep in mind that it was Clinton who sighed NAFTA.

Correct me if I'm mistaken here... but isn't lying considered to be if someone KNOWINGLY tells an untruth? It's quite different than being 'misinformed'.
