I wish that America was the country it could be, instead of only the rumor of such a country. It is insane how much of the wealth is controlled by so few. There are people who buy 12 million dollar bras. BRAS! While people are starving. How can we belive for an instant that we are halfway deccent people if we waste more than others only wish that they had. There is no equallity, liberty of freedom for the poor. Everyone gets schools but not everyone gets the same schools. So not everyone has the same chances. I belive that basicly everyone in this world has the pottential to have a worthwhile profession. The problem is that we do not start at the same place, and thus the rich keep the poor under the foot of economic oppression. Otherwise they might have to mow their own lawns of cleans their own toilletes. Their are plenty of resources in this world for all to have comfortable lives, but people concince themselves that they don't have enough. This is all part of our captalistic soceity. Every hour of every day we are exposed to say many advertissements that we break down and buy. We don't need half the things we buy, and we could probably be much happier if we did not compete so heavilly with eachother, work so hard to exploit the downtrodded so we can have a boat five feet longer. What if we all only work as hard as we needed to live and then we just actually lived our lives, spent time with eachoter, lauphed with eachother, loved eachother, would that be so bad?
