Each day when I return online I am amazed at the level of stupidity of the republicans and so called conservative right. When it isn't inflammatory rhetoric aimed at democrats and democracy itself, it is hatred for our diversity and accomplishments. Autocracy appeals to the weak and stupid and you witness that daily from the republicans in government today. Trump is their autocrat and they bow to his base. Fox Newsmax and OAN support this autocratic behavior. Bonhoeffer's theory shows what any rational reader can see daily online, a circle jerk of stupid anti democracy, anti education, anti American values.
