;D Tomorrow is S-Day. Susan Saandon, half of the dim witted team of Timmy Robbins and Susan Sarandon will be on TV tomorrow in a telemovie. Why don't we spread the word to our colleagues, to practice their first ammendment rights, and not watch the movie. Afterwards, we could contact the sponsors of this sarandon dreck,,,and advise them that we will be practicing our first ammendment rights not to buy their products. Much like comrade Stalin used to say, to steal a sausage, you only must take one slice at a time ... znd before you know it, you've taken the entire sausage. What better strategy, than to follow the dictates of an icon of the left to defeat the left. We must start one step at a time, and tomorrow is the day. Truth and Honour !!!

Hey 3APA3A I sure enjoyed your message and I read this morning where the Serandon special movie was a flop. I just wrote a letter to the editor of the Canadian Globe because one of their columnists wrote in essense that the Hollywood entertainers are being blacklisted because they won't support the war and of course our President.
Hope they publish what I wrote because their Media is very biased against the US no matter how they try to say it isn't so. I also told them that we cancelled a trip to Calgary this summer and not because of the SARS scare which they are blaming for all the cancellations. The real truth is Americans in numbers aren't going there because of their anti American stand and after reading that article I hope more get the message.
Jealousy is a pitiful thing.
Keep up the good work.

Dixie - OH BOO HOO, no americans in canada?!?! WHY GOD WHY?!?! i have no problem with people with educated, unbiased opinions entering my country...others however...let's just say i wont be crying any tears of that any time soon. And correct me if i'm wrong, but the US has over 100 cases of SARS does it not? yeah, ok, that's what i thought.

Dear Dixie, and Peanut !! Dixie, Thanks for your kind words!! With respect to the ratings for her telemovie, i did note that it finished dead last. Interestingly enough, the TV execs made a statement indicating that regardless of the ratings, this was one of Comrade Sarandon's best performances. If such is the case , i wish her many more such "successes". ;D Peanut!! I noticed that your socialized system of medicine, has really been succesful in isolating the SARS epidemic. In fact I understnad that you've been so succesful, that the US government has sent a team to Toronto from the infectious disease cointrol center in Atlanta to lendyou hand!! With respect to Americans visting Canada, we will continue to do so regardles of kindhearted souls such as yourself. By the way, why are a lot of Canadians shopping in US stores on our side of the border? Must be that damned VAT, eh? PS. Sorry to break your bubble, but the FLYERS ;D just cleaned the Maple Loafs clock 6-1. Tell Lalime, that the Senators are next on our agenda!! CIAO!!! 3APA3A

;D Yo folks !!! How about them Dixie Chicks?? According to the Drudge Report, they're scheduled to be on TV tonight being interviewed by Diane Sawyer, on the ABC (All Bill Clinton) network. Natalie Maines will be doing her best spin job, to pretend she really didn't mean what she said on stage. As always it was taken out of context, and the rest of us lack the basic skills to comprehend and understand the spoken English language. I guess with their CD sales in the toilet, and many Country Music Stations not playing their songs, its time to recant for her sons and beg forgiveness? We live in an odd society today don't we? It seems that Liberals never mean wehat they say, and when they're caught live on tape saying what they said, they and their willing waterboys in the press, whine about til the end of time so that you give them another chance. On the other hand conservatives mean things they don't say, and under no cir*censored*stances are they to be forgiven for anything. I'm sure Rick Santorum will attest to that. 3APA3A

3APA3A - I never said that things in Canada are peachy keen, and we're are living in beautiful sunshine and rainbows, holding eachother's hands as we sing "Kum-ba-ya M'Lord". "With respect to Americans visting Canada, we will continue to do so regardles of kindhearted souls such as yourself." - Great! The more the merrier, i never once said i DONT want americans in Canada, i said i dont want prejudice, close-minded, influenced people in my country. Dixie made the point that Canada has used propaganda to make us believe this war is not sound, and maybe she's right, i didn't have such a strong opinion about it 4months ago, as i do now. BUT, that doesn't mean Americans have NOT been brainwashed into thinking this war IS sound. I can guarantee you, that if Bush had decided to stay out of this war, and Canadians had decided to fight, i would be in your shoes right now, and you would be in mine - NO question on that! All this nonsense about supporting your president is just that, NONSENSE! The president isn't soveriegn, he's not destined by God to rule, he was voted in, BARELY, i mind you, but still, voted in. Next election, he will be gone. American and Canada are like twin siblings, we say stupid things, but deep down, we're grateful for one another. It's just, Canada, is a big boy now and we are making our own decisions - sorry if they dont agree with you or "mommy dearest's" aka Great Britain. CNN aka BRAINWASHING CENTRAL is a ridiculous "news" channel, in which most speakers are republicans, coincedence, i think not! Constant showing of Iraqi people cheering on American Soliders on that channel, but a few channels down, to Canadian News Channel, and you see Iraqi's cheering that Saddam Hussien is still alive and are shaking his (or his look-a-like's) hand and kissing him on the cheek. So who do i believe, my own country or a man(Bush) that referred to Pakistani people as "Paki's" not once, but 6 different times, in the SAME letter, when adressing the war going on between Pakistan and India. What would you do, HONESTLY?! As for canadians shopping in America - we want directv and buffalo is NICE and CLOSE. As for the leafs, any team that played that bad, deserves to lose, you wont find any arguement from me about that Now all i've got to hang on to are the senators and here's my canadian pride coming in, WE ARE GONNA WIN!!! The Cup, will be in Canada by the time this is over, OH yes, it will, haha.

It's really sort of odd, don't you think, that everyone in Canada knows who George Bush is, while very few people in the U.S. know the name of the Prime Minister of Canada? Of course, probably as many know the PM's name as know the Vice-president is Dick Cheney, so I guess that's not so bad.

:-[I am so embarrused (intentional missplelling) . I have finally run afowl of the censor--I should have said Richard, instead of what the man calls himself. F.D.-This site is excellent in so many ways, and I agree with the language controls, but isn't the program just a tad over-sensitive?

Peanut, stay on your side of the boarder. You can't think like an American so butt out of our politics.
Isn't there some nice Canadian you can write your Anti-American stuff to? Sure there is. Just write the Globe.

Peanut-You just keep right on doing what you do. Last time I looked, Canada was a free country on the same continent that the USA is on. I've been to your country many times and honestly, I see little difference that matters. I know we have some disagreements on anti-terrorism and some trade issues, but we are more alike than we are different. Besides, how can we have a decent argument if we only get one side of it?

garret, commend you allowing someone with an oppossing viewpoint to talk. It shocks and offends me how the right lately has labeled everyone with an opposing viewpoint as being Anti-American. If your a U.S. citizen, it's an impossibility for you to be anti American. Even if your in the middle of armed revolt, that doesn't mean your anti american. Your just trying to change around the gov. a bit At any rate... while I will admit there is sometimes a liberal leaning in the TV media (TV only) I don't think it's enough to matter much. What should be more important is the under reporting of important things like COINTELPRO and all the US sponsored terrorism that sparks the anti american sentiments abroad that eventualy lead to terrorism against us. It's business interests that are really the enemy in the media, not liberals or conservatives.

It's interesting how you conserves have manipulated your concept of free speech and free press as one where you use it to PUNISH others for exercsing their rights, rather than just voicing your opinion on them.
There may well be examples of Liberals doing the same, but the point is you conservatives do it so much, advocate it so broadly, and do it so vehemently that you have become known for it.
I have withheld my real name in order to protect me not from your speech, but from your PUNISHMENT.

I fail to see why people from AMERICA JUNIOR think that they can give us advice on how to run things. Everybody is so critical of the United States. If we are so bad at running our country, then why are we the richest and most powerful nation on earth? Poking a ten thousand pound gorilla with a stick is not the best way to get on its good side just as pissing off the United States is not the best way to keep us from pressing the bombing the crap out of you.

Exactly. No I mean that threatening people is exactly why you're rich and powerful. This is exactly why you're bad at running everything: because you can't do it without threatening everyone. The US is a bully who always gets his way, and will steal your lunch money while he's at it. Rich and powerful indeed. More like an *******.
