A womans place is at home looking after kids. If she doesn't have kids she has failed as a woman and her life has been pointless. Some crappy office where she is made redundant at 40 barren and alone is the result of believing in the media and the educational system.

Wow, that's pretty harsh and quite a generalization. I'm hoping this was just a "troll" post and not a view point that is sincerely held.
I'm not sure what this part of the post meant: "...Some crappy office where she is made redundant at 40..."
Anyway. I believe that a woman should be free to do whatever she wishes in these areas of life that you mentioned.
If a woman wishes to marry, raise children, and stay at home, rather than have a job outside the home, that is acceptable.
On the other hand, if a woman wishes to not marry and remain single, that is fine. If a woman marries and wants to have a job outside the home, that is fine, too.
Feminism should be about respecting a woman's choices, regardless of what they are (in matters of employment, relationship status - marriage vs. staying single, etc., having kids or not), and regardless of what a woman's political views are, but too often, liberals only value women who are liberal.
Some women are single by the time they are 40 years old, not because they choose to be that way, or that they were consumed with career to the detriment of romance/dating, but because they simply never met "Mr. Right."
Therefore, it's rather rude and heartless to assume and insult all 40-something women who are single, never married, and/or who are without children, as you seem to do in your post.
Not all older ladies are single because they are liberal, hate men, or that they "believed in the media and educational system" (whatever that means; it's a little unclear).
There are plenty of conservative, traditional married women who do not have any children by the time they are 40 years old because they or their spouse are infertile.
Would you dare suggest that such a woman has no meaning or value simply because she or her partner are physically incapable of bringing about pregnancy? Probably not, so I don't know why a woman who has no children by age 40, regardless of the reason why, would be deemed by you as being "redundant" (i.e. worthless).
