Murder (the dictionary): to kill unlawfully and with premeditated malice, to slaughter wantonly.
Abortion is not unlawful, it is sanctioned by the Supreme Court and the Congress of the United States. Abortion is not an issue of premeditated malice, nor is there anything wanton in its exercise.
An unborn fetus up to a certain stage of development, is an integral part of the mother’s body, it cannot survive on its own outside her body anymore than can her heart of appendix. The tradition of medicine and social discourse long ago distinguished between a person and a fetus by definition.

"to slaughter wantonly."
Abortion is murder in the majority of cases. Because most cases are abortion for convenience. ra

Some states have a law to the effect that if a man strikes a pregnant woman and she miscarries due to this, he can face legal trouble. If a woman wants to kill her unborn child of her own accord, though, nobody faces any kind of penalty for it. The only difference is whether or not the woman wants to keep the baby. So there's something screwy with abortion. Having My Fetus… What A Lovely Way Of Sayin How Much You Love Me

The big problem with this discussion is that it revolves around legal decisions and not scientific fact.
Scientifically, the "fetus" is a human being: He/She has human blood, human DNA, which makes him or her human; not a dog, not a cat, not a bird, but human. And when he or she is sucked through a vacuum tube and destroyed, what has just been destroyed is a human life. That is science. That is fact. That is murder. Period.
What is all too often being focused on instead though is the "legalisms" of "personhood", whether or not the child in the womb is legally a person. Does anyone see what is wrong with that? That is what was done to the slaves. Slaves' blood and DNA were human too, but the law denied them personhood, and that is what is being done here too.
Abortion is the destruction of human life. PERIOD! I don't give a tinker's dang what a judge says or what a lawyer says or what some Democrat/Liberal says: What I am saying is SCIENCE and is FACT. The child in the womb, scientifically is a human being, and therefore killing him or her is murder.
