Havent we seen enough of this silly dtv transition advertising! My god it's been a year of the most comprehensive campaign ever. How many people are really still watching tv with an antenna anyway?

I agree but you will be amazed how many will be unprepared when the day finally comes. Having worked in IT forever, people do not read nor pay attention.

What the looney tunes people in DC fail to comprehend is that many people WILL NOT do anything they don't HAVE TO, until something causes them to get off their collective duffs and take action. Therefore, we can expect to see DTV ads for the remainder of this decade, possibly til the end of this century. After all, why deny those lazy a***s TV? Or, I can see it now, thousands and thousands of people on the Gov payroll, going door to door, as part of a new GOV program to make sure every last lazy idiot in the USA will continue to have TV. Of course, in addition to this costly new program, we will continue to pay for the DTV ads. Makes sense to me!
