by George Will www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/09/22/AR2008092202583.html"Under the pressure of the financial crisis, one presidential candidate is behaving like a flustered rookie playing in a league too high. It is not Barack Obama.Channeling his inner Queen of Hearts, John McCain furiously, and apparently without even looking around at facts, said Chris Cox, chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, should be decapitated. This childish reflex provoked the Wall Street Journal to editorialize that "McCain untethered" -- disconnected from knowledge and principle -- had made a "false and deeply unfair" attack on Cox that was "unpresidential" and demonstrated that McCain "doesn't understand what's happening on Wall Street any better than Barack Obama does." ad_icon To read the Journal's details about the depths of McCain's shallowness on the subject of Cox's chairmanship, see "McCain's Scapegoat" (Sept. 19). Then consider McCain's characteristic accusation that Cox "has betrayed the public's trust.""

Considering it was McCain's Victories in the Blue States, that got Him the Nomination, I would wonder what You all are complaining about on the Left. The Perfect DNC Ticket would have been McCain / Lieberman. He's Already expressed interest in Andrew Cuomo and Al Gore. Almost seems that You are playing "Heads I Win / Tails You Lose" with The RNC, until One Adds Palin to the Equation.
I didn't mind McCain suspending His Campaign to deal with the Current Economic Crisis. I Like for Senators to Earn Their Keep by doing what They are Elected for. Harry Reid should be Censured for Trying to Interfere with A Senators Sworn Duty. There is No Excuse or Justification for That Kind of Behavior.
ACORN should be Investigated and Indicted, Not Rewarded by the Bail Out. I Realize that A Non Partisan Investigation into Their Schemes and Practices would Incriminate most of the DNC Leadership in The Senate and The House, and that The Said Leaders should Not Be Compelled to Incriminate Themselves, Though in one sense, when Their Lips move, they can't help it, We should just overlook the obvious, and play along.... when that cover is blown, there's always the Fifth Amendment.

You do realize that was ironic? I knew You'd love that one. I think They did a good presentation that honestly represented Their POV. I don't see any Irony in the message or My reason for posting it. You put People in boxes Midcan, and when Your Fictitious Boundaries are Over Run, You attempt to Rationalize. How about cutting back on the Kool-Aid a bit. Your Premise is Flawed. We Are All Individuals First. The Boundaries are not where You Presume them to be.
