I find it disturbing that the word "liberal" has become such a dirty word. Watching Fox News, people like Bill O'Reilly talk about liberals dominating the "elite" media and in the Ivy League Univiersities.
Does that mean that Liberals (or those who describe themselves as such) are better informed and educated than the conservative population?

I doubt it. There is a traditionally all white, conservative, legacy monopoly in the Ivy League (and always has been), though liberal officers and a desire for pc has worked against it of late. As to the media, the only truly conservative media (which, conveniently, is one of the few that tells things like they are) would be Rush Limbaugh, The O'Reilly Factor, and Fox News. The rest is insanely difficult to see the truth in.

The liberal elitists who dominate modern universities are limp-wristed cowards that can't make it in the business world. The conservatives are the ones who are running the real show.
Polling data has shown that Republicans have more knowledge of the Democrats who are running for President than the Democrats do.
Liberal is a dirty word!

Why is this even a topic for discussion? Urban ghettos are all liberal, as liberal policies supply more welfare funds for crack. I wouldn't call that an educational elite. There is, once more, an ancient and powerful white gentry class at all Ivy League schools, to the dismay of the liberals.

Be a good boy and skip along back to boy scouts will you? I've heard theres a few Girl Guides and Brownies who need their bra's snapping.

No they are not. It is very sad that these prestigious schools are brainwashing their students with propaganda. When you are looking to become educated you have to assume that your instructors are looking to enlighten you and educate you on multiple points of views. It is very unfortunate but students at these schools are not being told the other angles but are instead told how wrong everyone else is and how the should think instead of teaching them to think. I live in Mississippi and my instructors are very fair about presenting all options and teaching their students to think for themselves and make up their own minds instead of being force-fed a certain way of thinking.

Firstly, that has absolutely nothing to do with the subject at hand.
Next, I am not in the boyscouts, thank God.
And finally, what on earth does bra snapping have to do with Ivy League education?
