Being in the UK I do not know much about how your medical system operates over there in the US. I know it is mainly in the private sector and I have heard that almost 40 million people are without health insurance. But what implications does this have? What does Medicare cover? How does it operate? What is the difference between Medicare and our National Health Service? Why is private better than state?
