Stop Obamatrade: US Sovereignty Ending Trade Treaty

I do not know how many of you have heard about the Trans Pacific Partnership. A free Trade Treaty done with 12 other mostly Asian Nations that are not exactly a Republic like America. Anyway according to Worldnetdaily the Republicans are pushing to give President Obama a very unscrupulous powers that from what I read could not only CENSOR THE INTERNET but can also UNLIMITED PATENTS on brand named drugs, it will ALSO STOP PRODUCTION OF GENERIC AFFORDABLE LIFE SAVING DRUGS for cancers and as well put FOOD SAFETY IN DANGER and END MADE IN AMERICA on food products and other products produced in America that would put many Americans out of work as if were not struggling already. act.americanjobsalliance.com/issue/tpp-threatens-american-jobs-freedoms/


Now Republicans are going to pass the Trans Pacific Partnership by pushing for a bill known as Fast Track Authority or Trade Promotion Authority. If Congress both House and Senate pass Fast Track once the President puts the Trans Pacific Partnership on the Senate floor ONLY the Senate votes on the Trans Pacific Partnership and all it takes is 51 votes in the Senate to pass that Trans Pacific Partnership with NO AMENDMENTS or FILIBUSTERS because Fast Track authority forbids amendments of filibusters as agreed for the Trans Pacific Partnership. In other words if Congress votes yes to Fast Track the Senate must pass the bill as is and cannot make any changes no matter what to the Trans Pacific Partnership and the Republicans sadly want to give up their rights to negotiate this trade treaty. If would even give these countries the right to decide are taxes and create new courts to undermined are Sovereignty and are domestic laws.

Hopefully President Obama will learn from NAFTA but our corporate controlled congress will want to pad their pockets.

Why is it Americans do not call out media sources that criticize American companies for government support while they ignore other nations where government suppliers and manufacturers cooperate and collaborate. Consider imports to Japan. Why no mention of embargoes? Fox constantly mentions GM in a negative tone, as do most American conservative media sources. Why not call them out for bias? Rush Limbaugh supports Germany with his auto purchases, while he criticizes America's workers, does anyone notice? Glenn Beck and most of the others never touch the hard topics of fair wages, outsourcing, monetary manipulation, or work in sweat shops that amount to slavery conditions. Now all of a sudden the conservatives are noticing inequality as if it materialized this past year.

A few quotes below are too few. Forbes presents a more honest picture, but workers have to face the fact Media is a corporate owned and operated forum in which they do shot themselves in the foot. Advertisers bring big money, so keep quiet while the American worker barely survives.

Let me start off with this preface, America is a free country, if you want to support Japan, Korea, or Germany with your auto purchases you are free to do so. What you are not free to do then is to criticize the lack of well paying jobs in America because you are part of the problem. Just sayin....

Do you buy American? Do you support unions? Do support a fair wage? Seems simple. Japan embargoes our cars and products while Americans make them the number one car in sales in America. Germans union workers make three times our union workers and still the pretentious American buys their over priced cars and smiles while doing it. Mirrors anyone?
