Mo, are you well? Incomes haven't risen for forty years for the bottom 90%. You weren't sick in bed when the republicans stopped minimum wage for sixty years or more were you? You must be joking if you blame wage stagnation on President OBama? Below is a bit of reality. Buy American - support all Americans, including yourself. As anyone who reads my excellent threads and posts realizes, I am pro-American worker and made here. The other day my wife and I are in a quaint little town in Pennsylvania where 'buy local' is seen on businesses and automobiles. So what do I see but a 'buy local' sticker on a BMW. Kinda funny that the very people who want you to buy local support union workers who make twice as much as our Union workers and whose export trade surplus is doing quite well. I realize many foreign cars are made in America today, let's face it that helps their image and image matters. How many people buy only for image? Lots if you check. Making anything requires more than the final construction steps. See this site: www.levelfieldinstitute.orgAnd do this too. Ask your Representatives to support made here and check those labels. For those who think Rush Limbaugh, among many others pundits, athletes, and entertainers, speak for America ask him [or her] why they supports Germany's auto business as Germans sure don't listen to Rush's rantings - I never hear him talk up the American worker or made here? Glenn Beck is another one to ask. www.juancole.com/2014/09/reasons-laborers-anymore.htmlOur children, our grandchildren, ourselves, require we support each other, buy American. If you buy a foreign made auto please don't complain about our economy or jobs. Please keep quiet. Thanks www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rk9h9casrRE

LOL
Buy American doesn't work. Not much is made here, anymore. And I know exactly why.
Instead of spending your days cutting and pasting other left wing peep's blog words to conservative sites, look into all the bs it takes to start a very small business and hire a few workers. This isn't the land of the free. It's the land of the burdensome bureaucracy and regulation designed to keep the big boys on top, and the start ups out.
For all your crap spewing, minimum wage hikes aren't going to do it, and the dems didn't want to do it when they could, anyway. The last one was a modest increase, not near the numbers the shrills are using to attract low information voters. Where was the issue when they had the house, senate and WH? Even they know it would kill more jobs. They just talk about it when they can demagogue the issue and saps like you will fall for it.
For all the Dem talk about "wage disparity" it has increased the most during Obama's administration.
Pretending like what kind of car you buy matters shows your lack of understanding of the issue. We buy Fords, but they're made all over the world.
The fact is, anyone wanting to sink millions into a new business venture would have to be stupid to do it in the US right now.
